Services Provided

Scope of Service:

• GoMy3D provides automated 3D printing services, including instant quoting, automated file analysis, and high-quality manufacturing solutions.

User Eligibility:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Service Changes:

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time, without notice, for reasons including but not limited to maintenance, updates, or changes in business strategy.

Ordering and Payment

Ordering Process:

• To place an order, you must upload your 3D files (in STL or OBJ format) through our website.
• You will receive an instant quote based on your file and selected options.
• Once you confirm your order and complete the payment process, the order becomes binding.

Payment Terms:

• All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is due at the time of order confirmation.
• We use secure payment processing and do not store your credit card information.

Modifications and Cancellations:

• Orders cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation.
• If you believe an error was made, please contact our customer service immediately, although cancellation may not be possible once production has begun.

Intellectual Property

User-Provided Content:

• You retain ownership of your 3D files and designs; however, by uploading such content, you grant GoMy3D a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and modify your files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Our Content:

• All content on the GoMy3D website, including text, images, and software, is the property of GoMy3D or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

User Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including any specifications regarding your 3D files and materials.

Compliance with Laws:

• You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

File Preparation:

• It is your responsibility to ensure that your 3D files are correctly prepared for printing. While our system will attempt to analyze and repair files automatically, we are not liable for errors in file formatting or preparation that result in a print defect.

Delivery and Risk

Production and Shipping:

• Once your order is confirmed, production will commence immediately. We will provide an estimated delivery time, but this is subject to change.
• The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the printed item by the carrier.

Inspection and Acceptance:

• Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the printed item. If you discover a defect due to the production process, notify us within 7 days for a resolution.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranty:

• GoMy3D warrants that it will perform its services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee that every print will be perfect due to the inherent limitations of 3D printing technology.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

• Except as expressly provided in these Terms, our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall GoMy3D be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
• Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoMy3D, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.

Changes to Terms
